Our Promise

Thank you for supporting VPP Apparel. Every purchase helps a family clothe their kids in truth — and helps us give back. Because we are a small, faith-driven brand, please read our return terms carefully before you order.

Made-to-order & Truth Card packs are final sale

Our Truth Card packs (tee + die-cut sticker + illustrated Truth Card) and any pre-order or print-on-demand items are produced specifically for you after you order. For that reason, these items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right. Email us at info@VPPApparel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item. We do not offer refunds in place of replacements.

Ready-to-ship items

Unworn, unwashed ready-to-ship items with original tags may be eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be approved in advance by email. Original and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and a return is only accepted once we receive and inspect the item. We do not offer cash refunds — approved returns receive store credit.

Sizing

Please review our size chart before ordering. Because sizing information is provided in advance, a size mismatch on a final-sale item does not qualify for a return. When in doubt, size up — kids grow fast.

Order changes & cancellations

We begin production quickly. Cancellation or change requests must reach us within 12 hours of ordering and cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
