Getting Your Order to You

Thank you for shopping with VPP Apparel. Here's what to expect after you place your order.

Processing & production times

Because most of our items are made-to-order, please allow time for production before your order ships:

• Pre-order Truth Card packs: produced after the pre-order window closes. The estimated ship window is shown on the product page at checkout.
• Print-on-demand tees: typically produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.
• Ready-to-ship items: usually ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping rates & delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order. U.S. orders over $75 ship free. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on the carrier and your location.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or delayed packages

Once an order leaves our hands it's in the carrier's care, but we're always here to help. If your package seems lost or badly delayed, email us at info@VPPApparel.com and we'll do everything we can to help track it down.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute a package once it ships, and re-shipping costs for an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility.
